The controller responsible for this website is:

Switzerland
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form and select "Privacy request".
2. Scope
This notice explains how personal information is processed when you visit haider.vc or submit the contact, investor-interest or company-introduction forms. Processing is carried out under applicable Swiss data-protection law and, where relevant, the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation.
3. Hosting and server logs
This static website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify may process technical data required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and diagnostic data. This processing is necessary to provide a reliable and secure website.
More information is available in Netlify's Privacy Statement and Netlify's data-protection information.
4. Forms
Netlify Forms is used to receive and store submissions. The forms collect only information that you enter voluntarily.
The general contact form may collect your name, email address, organization, reason for contact and message.
The investor-interest form may additionally collect your country of residence, professional profile, investor type, private-market experience, typical ticket size, technology interests and referral source.
The company-introduction form may additionally collect company name, website, headquarters, sector, stage, current raise, company summary, traction, fit and referral source. Please do not submit confidential information, identification documents, source-of-funds information or pitch-deck files through these forms.
The information is used only to review your submission, assess whether a conversation or syndicate relationship may be relevant, respond to you and document the resulting communication. The basis for processing is your request and consent, as well as the legitimate interest in handling relevant professional enquiries.
5. Recipients and international processing
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify as a service provider. Netlify is based in the United States and may use approved subprocessors. Netlify states that international transfers are covered by its Data Processing Agreement and applicable transfer mechanisms. Information is otherwise shared only when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
6. Retention
Inactive form submissions are deleted no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information may be retained for longer when a relationship remains active or when legal record-keeping obligations require it. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising analytics or marketing trackers.
The booking calendar on the meeting page is provided by TidyCal. It is not loaded automatically: it is requested only after you click to load it, and until then no data is sent to the provider. Once loaded, TidyCal contacts tidycal.com, processes your IP address and sets its own cookies, including Google Analytics and Stripe cookies, under its own privacy policy. If you ask this site to remember that choice, a single entry is stored in your browser's local storage to record it. You can withdraw the choice at any time using the link shown beneath the loaded calendar, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.
To reach out without loading the calendar, use the contact form.
Page styling loads web fonts from Adobe Fonts (use.typekit.net) and a stylesheet from a Bootstrap content delivery network. These requests set no cookies, but the providers receive your IP address in order to deliver the files.
Netlify and linked third-party websites may process technical information under their own policies. Following an external link takes you to the third party's website.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. Use the contact form and select "Privacy request" to exercise a right.
You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information. Internet transmission and online storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive or confidential material through the forms.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, forms or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
